  Ordered 2 simple meals with drinks when no one was ahead of us or behind us in the drive thru when it wasn't busy & was rudely asked to pull around so they could "serve it off" the computer to bump their numbers up as delivered. The drinks were served without lids which we didn't want in the leather interior of the car & is a health code violation. Window attendant was obviously annoyed that we wanted lids & handed it to us with the beverages dripping down the side.
  
  This isn't a Sonic nor a Whataburger, if we were going to have to park we would have just come in. We didn't want to pull around so we asked for a refund & the window attendant was obviously annoyed & argued that we'd have to return the drinks, which wasn't an issue in the first place because we were still having to clean up the mess they were making.
  
  Bad first & last impression. I don't recommend this subpar service & experience to anyone. We called corporate & they said it is up to the franchisee to allow or disallow the "pull around" feature which I recommend they don't do here.
